10 Questions with... The Brobecks [Dallon Weekes - Guitar/Vox] 1. What bands did you listen to as a kid? The first band I got into was the Beatles. I was obsessed. It started there and moved onto any sort of British invasion stuff. The Zombies, Kinks, etc... I think the first band I got into from my own time was Ben Folds Five. Saw them on a show called 'Sessions at West 54th' on PBS Saturday nights. I would watch it whenever i didn't have a date. That is to say, I never missed an episode. Aaaawwwwww...sad. 2. What's the first concert you ever attended? Pearl Jam on the 'Yield' tour. 3. How do you prepare for a show? Any specific things you do to get in the right headspace? I like to get a good stretch out. Then I have to say "I don't wanna pull a hammy." Or just any and all kind of screwing around is nice. I don't like to be too serious beforehand. 4. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever done at a show? We don't have fans. Just kidding. My mom likes us. 5. What do you think is the worst job you could ever have? All of my pleasures are innocent until proven guilty. 8. What's your favorite Chinese-food dish? Kung Pao. However, Japanese > Chinese. 9.
