The deets are scarce, but Al-Tip have taken to email to announce that they are separating after over forty years of marriage. Not to state the obvious, but:
-Any couple who has been kicking it for that long should just suck it up and stick with what works for the rest of us. The telling sign of the ancient nature of their relationship? They sent out an email. What is this? 2002? Change the relationship status on your Facebook, you dinosaurs.
-I’m more than willing to blame this on Rachel Uchitel. Beyond the fact that she’s straight up skeezy and such an easy scapegoat, she seems to be the reason for most celebrity break-ups and after that embarrassing incident with that guy who used to play Angel, girlfriend had to shoot high. Like, global warming high.
So who’s next to get ‘Ship Wrecked? My gut is telling me Ryan and Scarlett, but my heart is telling me Ruth Bader Ginsburg and that dude she’s been married to since the fifties. Ruth is wayyyyy too fly to have been committed for that long.
